• Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.
• During festive seasons, dispatch may take slightly longer.

Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp.

2. Shipping Charges

We offer simple and transparent shipping:

• ✅ FREE Shipping across India for orders above ₹499
• 📦 Flat-rate shipping applies for orders below ₹499 (charges calculated at checkout)

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown before payment confirmation.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines vary depending on location:

• Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
• Other Cities & Towns: 4–7 business days
• Remote Locations: May take slightly longer

Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier or regional delays.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

• Tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp to your registered phone number.
• Customers can track their package using the courier link provided.

5. Packaging & Safety

We ensure:

• Secure and tamper-resistant packaging
• Protective wrapping to prevent damage
• Discreet outer packaging for safety

6. Delivery Information

• Please provide a correct shipping address and contact number.
• Re-shipping charges may apply if delivery fails due to incorrect details or unavailability.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your package appears damaged or incomplete:

• Record a clear unboxing video from start to finish.
• Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
• Share the video proof via WhatsApp.

Claims without an unboxing video may not be eligible for review.

8. Payment Method

Currently, we accept payments exclusively through Google Pay.

Orders are processed only after full payment confirmation. Refunds, if applicable, will be credited back to the same phone number used for payment.

Golden Glow currently ships anywhere within India.
